We know the phrase “You are what you eat”, but may not know “You are what you think”. We translate our thoughts into decisions and actions to create our own personal reality but, of the sixty thousand thoughts per day, 95% of them pass us by.
Thoughts are extremely powerful and can either support or sabotage us. So to change our lives for the better, we need to take control of our inner selves.
